All shipments are accepted subject to these terms. Customers must provide accurate shipment details and ensure goods comply with Jamaican and international laws. The Company does not accept illegal, hazardous, or restricted items and reserves the right to refuse, inspect, or dispose of any shipment that violates regulations or poses a safety risk. All charges must be paid in full before cargo release or delivery. Transit times are estimates and not guaranteed. A free storage period of five (5) days applies after arrival or notification; storage fees begin on the sixth (6th) day. Elite Air & Sea Logistics is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by customs, improper packaging, acts of God, or events beyond our control. Responsibility, where applicable, begins [when package reaches warehouse / at pickup] and ends once the package is handed over to third-party carriers, customs authorities, or delivery partners.

Vendor errors
Incorrect information provided by customers
Packages lost or misdelivered prior to reaching our warehouse
