Please read these terms carefully before using our services

All shipments are accepted subject to these terms. Customers must provide accurate shipment details and ensure goods comply with Jamaican and international laws. The Company does not accept illegal, hazardous, or restricted items and reserves the right to refuse, inspect, or dispose of any shipment that violates regulations or poses a safety risk. All charges must be paid in full before cargo release or delivery. Transit times are estimates and not guaranteed. A free storage period of five (5) days applies after arrival or notification; storage fees begin on the sixth (6th) day. Elite Air & Sea Logistics is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by customs, improper packaging, acts of God, or events beyond our control. Liability is limited as permitted by Jamaican law. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

  1. Assisted Online Shopping Services

For assisted online shopping services:

  • Full payment must be deposited in advance

  • Customers must confirm item details before purchase

  • Payments may be [refundable / non-refundable] once purchase is made

  • Elite air & sea logistics is not responsible for vendor errors, delays, cancellations, incorrect items, or sizing issues

All refund or exchange matters remain between the customer and the vendor.

  1. Custom Duties & Fees

Customers are responsible for all customs declarations, duties, taxes, and government fees.

Elite air & sea Logistics assumes no liability for delays, inspections, seizures, or penalties imposed by customs authorities.

  1. Responsibility Risk & Liability

    All shipments are transported at the customer’s own risk.

    Elite air & sea Logistics assumes [zero / limited] liability for loss, damage, delay, or errors related to shipments.

    Responsibility, where applicable, begins [when package reaches warehouse / at pickup] and ends once the package is handed over to third-party carriers, customs authorities, or delivery partners.

    Elite air & sea Logistics is not responsible for:

    • Vendor errors

    • Incorrect information provided by customers

    • Packages lost or misdelivered prior to reaching our warehouse

    • Delays, losses, or damages caused by third parties
